Feliz Navidad!!!!!

No matter how many times we've done this I never get tired of watching the kids faces and their reactions as they open their presents. I was pleasantly surprised myself when I opened my gift from Ernie. A beautiful EF-S55-250mm lens for my 50D Canon. He took my picture but it was a close-up and I don't do well with close-ups and no make-up on. But suffice it to say I was VERY happy!!!

Decorating a Gingerbread House with Nikki

I didn't want to risk building a gingerbread house out of graham crackers. It'd fall apart too easily and that would have surely send my drama queen over the edge. So instead I bought a pre-made house from Wal-Mart for only $10. All you have to do is add the frosting and decorate it anyway you want. This was tons of fun.
